Here’s a simplified explanation of how it works:
- Establish an agreed-upon commission percentage with the business, typically around 15%-30%. Sometimes there no commison just depends on the business and the owner.
- Make payments either on a monthly basis or when you service the vending machine.
- Keep a detailed record of your payments for proper record keeping.
The question often arises: “How long will it take to have my machines located?” While several factors come into play, let’s cover the key points you should be aware of (upto 15days – 30days):
Order Size: Larger orders are generally located more quickly as we can batch a greater number of calls initially.
Search Area: The search area comprises two important aspects: size and demographics.
Size: A larger search area (including more zip codes) provides us with a broader pool of businesses to work with, expediting the locating process. If fresh leads become scarce and we heavily rely on callbacks, the process may slow down.
Demographics: While every city is different, it’s worth noting that middle to low-income areas tend to yield better results compared to high-end areas like Beverly Hills.
Please note that these factors influence the speed of locating, and we strive to optimize the process based on the specific circumstances of each order.
Warranty:
We provide the Warranty for all our locations, ensuring your satisfaction and offering additional options for replacement if needed. Here are the details:
1. Kickout Replacements:
- If a machine is kicked out (manager or owner asks for its removal) within the first 30 days of the location install, we will replace it free of charge.
Starting a vending business offers a potential avenue to supplement your income or even replace your current full-time job. Drawing from our extensive experience working with successful entrepreneurs like yourself, we have identified four key categories that contribute to vending business success: Machines, Locations, Products, and Service. By developing a business model that considers these areas, you can pave the way for a thriving vending business.
Locations:
- Kid Friendly: Locations catering to children, such as restaurants, pizza parlors, and ice cream parlors. While targeting these businesses can be slower for route-building, products like gumballs, stickers, and toys are suitable for these locations due to their longer shelf life.
- Adult Friendly: Locations catering to adults, providing more flexibility in product offerings. These locations allow for quicker route-building, and candy products like M&M’s, Skittles, etc., are commonly offered, requiring more frequent servicing.
Other considerations:
- Don’t hesitate to compete with other vendors in successful, high-traffic businesses.
- Predicting the performance of a location is challenging until you try it. Successful vendors are open to trying various locations.
Products:
- Gumballs: Recommended for almost every location, as they offer high profit margins and appeal to both children and adults. They also have a longer shelf life, allowing for longer service cycles.
- Toys and Stickers: Suitable for kid-friendly locations, with an unlimited shelf life that enables longer service cycles.
- Candy: Well-branded candy like M&M’s, Skittles, and Reese’s tend to sell well. Candy offers versatility in targeting various location types.
Service:
- Providing exceptional service is crucial for customer satisfaction. Dress professionally, be friendly, and maintain a positive demeanor.
- Adhere to a regular service schedule to ensure proper care for your customers.
Service Cycles:
- Candy Products: Maximum 30 days between services.
- Gumballs: Maximum 90 days between services.
- Toys & Stickers: Maximum 90 days between services.
By considering these factors and implementing a well-rounded strategy, you can lay the foundation for a successful vending business.
Orders of 50 or Fewer Locations: We require 90 calendar days to complete the order before a refund can be granted. Orders of 51-100 Locations: We require 120 calendar days to complete the order before a refund can be granted. Orders in Excess of 100 Locations: We require 60 calendar days for every 50 locations ordered. For example, 150 locations would require 180 days before a refund can be granted.
Reason for Required Time: The required time is necessary due to the upfront work involved in each order, including lead list generation, account setup, and dialer configuration, which are time-consuming processes.
Refunds Prior to Required Time: If you request a refund before the required time and do not wish to proceed with the order, we will refund 50% of the remaining locations that have not yet been secured.
Order Completion Timeframe: In the rare event that we are unable to secure all of your locations within the specified timeframe, we will grant a full refund for any remaining locations that have not already been secured upon your request.
Refund Calculation: Refund = (Total Number of Locations Ordered – Placed Locations) x Sale Price per Location. For example, if you order 10 locations at $124.99 each and 8 out of the 10 locations have been placed, the refund would be (10 – 8) x $124.99, resulting in a total refund of $249.98.
Additional Stipulations:
- It is required to update us on the status of your locations installation. We would like to make sure you got your product into your new location. Failure to update within this timeframe will result in voiding the refund and warranty on the location.
- A minimum of 3 zip codes is required per 5 locations ordered. Zip codes must have active business listings; some postal codes are for USPS Mail purposes only.
We aim to provide a clear and fair refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the integrity of our services.
